The Problem with Ratings
A simple 4.5-star rating doesn't tell the whole story. Is it low because of a specific incident? Is it high because they have nice coffee in the waiting room? We use Large Language Models (LLMs) to read between the lines.

We measure the sentiment behind these themes to ensure they represent the majority experience.

We generate a neutral summary that encapsulates the clinic's strengths and best-use cases.
Limitations
AI is not perfect. It can occasionally misinterpret sarcasm or unique contexts. That is why we verify our data and always encourage users to conduct their own due diligence. Our AI insights are meant to be a helpful starting point, not the final word.
